clean room, etc.
The letters "IP" stand for "Ingress Protection" and are followed by two
numerical digits that indicate degrees of protection against solid objects and
moisture.
As for "IP65", the first digit "6" indicates "dust-tight" and the second
digit "5" indicates "protection from water jets". * Warning
1: Not protected against the effects of submersion or high water
pressure. * Warning 2: Take care of the resin fan
covers attached to motors over 0.2kW to prevent possible degrading by scattered
liquid.
